Timbre!

We take care of a small dog named Channel when her human is out of town. When in town, they live above a restaurant on Commercial Drive called Timbre.

We decided to check it out. Miraculously, it had a cidre, Rock Creek, I was unfamiliar with. After all that walking on a sunny street, the cidre was delicious.
I've been experimenting with Bruschetta recently so decided to give theirs a try. The goat cheese really elevated it to another level.
Fumiyo had the crab cakes. I've never had better.
